Our Creative Process



Initial Consultation

We introduce ourselves and our company and chat with you about your company, the vision you have for your event, and the expected return on your investment.  Details, Details, and More Details.


Research & Proposal

After the initial consultation, we begin brainstorming and conducting preliminary research on the best type of event for your vision, define the target attendee demographic, gather preliminary design ideas, and list potential locations for the event.  We then send you our event proposal to approve.


Collaboration

Once you become our client you receive your own login to our online portal where we manage the details of your event. This gives you complete visibility to your event: our to-do list, project management timelines and itineraries, design details, and more.  You can even create your own to-do list within our portal.


Comprehensive Event Design

We conduct an in-depth design specific consultation with you. After which we create a design inspiration board with fabrics, colors, and inspirational photos for you to approve as the design direction we would like to proceed with.  The goal of every event we design is to create a lasting impression of your company in attendees' minds. 


Marketing, Planning, & Coordination

For each event we produce, we create a comprehensive marketing plan to ensure we reach your target attendees from every angle possible.  We make diagrams, spreadsheets, even mock setups as we begin event planning so you can see the budget / expenses we're tracking to, along with visuals of the products and designs we want to utilize.   We also offer any additional services you may need - marketing and branding, photo shoots, product styling, merchandising, etc. We coordinate every aspect of the production of your event, ensuring your vision is executed and that your return on your investment is maximized.
